We were seeing a lot of damaged cranks where people had resorted to hit their cranks with a hammer to free them from the drive bearing.

Using a bit of lateral thinking (and going back to basic science) we came up with this tool.

You bolt it to you crankcase side then turn the large bolt which gently but firmly pushes your crank free.
