We were disappointed with the quality of all the drain plugs available, so we made our own in stainless steel.
It is fitted with a magnetic insert to gather the small metal particles from the gearbox oil.
Another quality MB product.
NOTE: If you have one of our first batch drain plug from 2006 - 2007 with the long magnet at around 20mm long, please change it, these tend to break and can lock up in your gearbox, sorry we have superseded it with the later type shown in the photograph with no know complaints.
